Well, hello everyone. This is Danica. School's out for summer. Hi, everybody. Summertime, Shay. The streets are bare when I leave in the morning. It's great. It's great, everybody. It's summertime. And we uh are going over the 2026 uh schedule for the Jaguars now. The schedule came out. Yeah, that's came out about a couple weeks ago. And uh everybody blew, you know, had conniption fits and how it played out or my team got screwed. Look, everybody, you're everybody teams get screwed somehow or another. Right, right, right. During the schedule release. I I agree. Like, you know, the schedule never seems fair, you know. Um, from my understanding, the Jags, you know, I think we're a little in the middle in terms of you know, toughness in terms of our schedule. And, you know, I like that. Our schedule is not the hardest. That that's exciting. Um although the games here that will be in this town are a little shitty. And that that's kind of bad. Right. And and and if they're the team that we think they are, then it it doesn't matter where or when they play, they should dominate, right? Okay, Danita. I thought we were gonna like, you know. I know we're gonna do that this season. I know, but I it's it's hard to, it's hard to, but you know, I see I see you. You are already you're already hype. Yeah, but hey, I didn't think that's what we were doing this year. So I guess we we could start with the the opening weekend September 13th at a 1 p.m. game. 1 p.m. against the Browns. Yeah, we you know, a Miles uh Garrett Les Browns team. Right. I mean, are we excited? We should be excited about but I mean Jared Verse, uh I don't know. Uh I I guess I need to look more at Jared Verse. He's up and coming. I think he had we was rookie of the year one year. Yeah, okay. Well, that's great. But we don't we don't have to deal with both of them. How about that? No, we just one for the we should just basically swap one out. Besides, we don't know how that's gonna translate to the Browns. We do not. We do not. So again, let's celebrate, you know, good times uh on that. I mean, I I am gonna say that is a W, even though you know, Jags, you never know. We we don't know what this team, you know. Last year, I thought, you know, we don't know what this team was gonna be. We don't know, and then they had a good season, and then this year I'm like, we I I really don't know what the fuck this team's gonna do. I don't know. I don't know. We don't know, so that's who I am. Right. So, but I I believe this is a W. Are are we keeping count? I mean, we can. We can. We can. That's fine. That's fine. So yeah, I mean, who who's the Browns quarterback? Is that real? I mean, are they still holding on to uh Shador? Is that I mean, we don't even know. That's how you I mean the Jaguars should win this. I mean, I I do feel strong enough in that. I mean, but we we really I don't and what's interesting, I don't know that we really should do this kind of count until after uh after minicamp. You know, after camp, maybe we'll feel better, but I I mean I don't know how you feel, Danica, but I mean we've done this before we count up the tally. Like we've done we have we yeah, we've done this before where Shayla thought it was too early. I do think I think it's too early every year. Every year. But we gotta talk about the matchup and win. I said, Danica, we can do Denver. And we should have, because they fucking won. I wouldn't even know what to do with myself at the one. I probably would have got beating. I made a big trip and went to Cincinnati and yeah, yeah. Guys, Danica was the only black person in Cincinnati. Look, I know y'all heard that damn podcast. There was a there was a liquor stove, two liquor stoves in the hotel uh parking lot. And I stayed in Kentucky. I stayed right down with the river in Kentucky. And then if you didn't see any black people in Kentucky, guys. I didn't and uh my and I had a view of the trees in the parking driver or somebody that's it. That's it. Uh G Mika get the hell out of Kentucky quickly, guys. Yeah, so I mean, I I wouldn't go. I wouldn't go. So I'd say I'm three and one. Probably at some point I'm gonna lose count of all of this because I'm not right now. I mean, I can believe, honestly, I believe it's two and two and two and two at this break. But you know, Jaguars might blow us all away and be four and oh. I don't know. Well, and again, we these are our before we even see anybody in camp. You know, they've been in many camp, they've done the things, but before we see anybody, we you know are making these statements. We we don't know how anybody looks, we don't know how the rookies look, we don't know how anybody looks. Yeah, we don't know, yeah. Nobody knows, but you know, we're going through it, going through it. All right, yeah, so week five, we go across the pond. Yeah, and we meet the E A G E S Eagles, yes. Um guys, you know, this is my second team, guys. I do have one. I know, I know I I hear people sucking their teeth. Uh I do. I have another team, and it's the Eagles. And of course, my allegiance will be the Jaguars on this day, but I want everybody to understand that they have beat our ass the last two times we've played, and so I don't have much hope. So that's that. I I don't I this one here, I don't know how this one will go is you know, going back across the water. Um it's always a mixture of the thing. Jalen Hurts is in a new offense. That's all I can say. You know, Jalen Hurts is in a new offense. There's no AJ. Yeah, no AJ. Um, I believe it this is some I believe maybe the Jaguars can surprise people to take them. Um, I mean, we were in, I mean, the only reason that we've lost to them in the past is really been Trevor. I mean, to be honest. You know, um, I mean, I'm gonna blame it on Trevor. I'm I am. Yeah, he hasn't had the best podcast, not his best time. Well, during that time, he was not. He was not. So I it it it we we don't know. I I I want to say we can get him, but I don't know. I'm at this point, I'm not I'm not even counting anymore. Uh I I'm I'm in the middle on this game. I believe this is a game where I believe, yeah, we we could lose, and if we lost, I wouldn't feel bad about it, but I also believe it's a game where it'll come out like the Denver game, we beat beat them, and like, holy crap, how did that happen type game? Um I'm I don't I don't know, guys. I'm you know four and one four and one for Danica. That's what where she's at. Three and two, three and two. Okay. That's where I am. All right, so we're we're gonna move on to the next game, week six, still in London, and we're moving over to Wembley Stadium playing the Houston Texans. Yeah, this this is gonna be an interesting game. It is. Um, so I mean, I don't know what you know, when you play someone in your division, the game is always really tough, and you never really know what way um you're gonna go. We split with them last season, and I imagine it will be the same. The same. So and really yeah, there's really no home field advantage with this one. No, no, there isn't. Um and you know, the Jaguars, that was their turning point last season. That they had that game and they lost it at the end. I was there for that one too. And uh it it it it was rough. And so, you know, and they they felt and they said that was that was a turning point this season because Jaguars didn't drop a game for the rest of the season. Like they knew they fucked up. They were like, we had that game, we should have had that game, and and they just went on their run. They should have. And and the Texans went on their run too. So the Texans also went on that run. It was very touch and go in terms of whether we were gonna win the division. I mean, and uh if I'm being honest, the Texans actually Texans actually fared better um with with not winning the division. Um, because they still made the playoffs and they still made a run. And to be honest, you know, I had we not gotten, you know, Josh Allen, you know, on his, you know, on his shit, we, you know, basically fucking willing the Bills to win. I think we would have anybody else we would have won. So yeah. But uh the Texas game, I want to say we we we we can win that one. And if if y'all don't already know, I will be there. I am making another trip across the park. Yeah, you can, you know, then send us money and you can sponsor Danica. And of course, uh game day um experience, since I'm gonna be staying right there next to the stadium, and another uh trip to Box Park, which if y'all didn't catch uh like the one like I said, one of our previous um podcasts about that whole experience, it's out there. Go back and look for it. Uh Box Park is awesome, and I'm I cannot wait to go back there again. Um, we had a really good time in Box Park. Right. And it'd be the first um home game back in Jacksonville since uh like week three, the Patriots, September 27th. So the whole month of October with no home games, no home games at all. That's gonna be interesting. Yeah, but um I am I mean I well, I feel like we can beat the Colts. Yeah, I do too. Um the Danny Dimes, you know, they have paid some money for Danny Dimes, so yeah, I'm assuming Danny Dimes will be back by that point. And but I do think that we are, I think we should win this game. Yeah, we should win that game. Yep. Now we got week nine, and we go up to Baltimore to play the Ravens. Yeah, yeah, it's a Thursday, Thursday game. Thursday night. Thursday night. That's an interesting game to go to. But I feel like you know, the Ravens has such a like passionate fan base that um I think these tickets, those tickets would be weird to get. Yeah, but I don't know. Anyway, guys, I'm I'm I am trying to see, you know, what games I would want to go to this year. Um I did want to go to the game. Well, we haven't gotten there yet, so we can just scoop through the schedule now. I'll tell my little mini story about this, but I do not believe we will win this game. Um, and that's where I'm at. Okay. Okay. Um, I'm I'm on the fence with this one. Uh it it's we don't know. It's Lamar. It's Lamar, right? Like, yeah, Lamar is good, but then we don't know what Lamar we're gonna get. Where we don't. We like to say they have a new coaching, new coaching. They do have a new coaching. Um I don't know what Derek Henry got left in the tank. We do not know what he does. I don't I honestly think he needs to retire. But yeah, but what do I know? He could be out there and he can have another, you know, record-breaking season. What what do we know? We go to the I mean, I think we're gonna win that. Yeah, I think we're gonna win that too. I hate the tits. Anyway, moving on. Uh, going to play the Giants in New York. Oh, this is very interesting. I yeah, I would love for us to tear the Giants asunder. I I yeah, I even thought about maybe trying to say, could that be a trip I could make? Um, and you know what, Danica? Let's think about it. I I I just hope we don't get, you know, kind of effed up. That's where I'm at. Right. So moving along, we 14. I wanted to go to this game, this Monday night football game. Like Jags is big Monday night football. Um magic because you know last year was magical and it was one of the most watched games, Monday night games of the season. Yeah. So that's why they put us back on. But you know what I've noticed that our primetime games are in the later half in the season where they have the option to flex out. And that is a very I and I and you know, I think we've put ourselves in that position, guys. You can't be angry at the idea that, you know, we probably could get flexed out if we're not, you know, if we are not doing well. Yeah, because they took a chance. That doesn't matter. Yeah, they took a chance last year putting us in like, what was that, week five with the Monday night football game. It was a great game. But they was like, okay, we want to see if y'all could do it again, but we're gonna have the option to flex out. So yeah, week 14 against the Steelers. I say we went there. I don't believe Oh, you don't think Aaron still hasn't? No, that old bitch needs to retire. Oh my god. I hate him. I hate him. Old Man Rivers still has it? No, he ain't got shit left. We were terrible in that game. Yeah, they yeah, but uh my only bright spot was Travis Hunter. Yeah, yeah. Well, we were terrible, terrible. So we're gonna move on week 16 at another primetime game. Okay, guys, that's we never played well in that place. And the last time we got our shit bastion. We played one time, like and it just depends on what is going on. It really depends on where we are in the season, whether I'll care about this game, right? And then what the cowboys look like like for us. Which I think the cowboys actually will will look good. That's I mean, I'm sorry to say that. I mean, you know, I think it's rotating back to the cowboys being better. I don't know. I hope we're gonna have some friends who don't listen to this. But I really think they are so actually gonna be decent. I I do believe that. Because I don't because last year really was the defense that was really, really bad. The defense was terrible, uh offense was you know decent, and Dak actually had a good year. Um that's why they keep paying him. So that's that. That's I but I we lose in that game though, Danika. I don't know. I'd say we win that game. I say we get that game. So what we Danika's already got I'm you know, new year, new delusions. But okay, next game, okay. The commanders, you know, I don't know about this game, guys. I don't know about this game either. Well, because the commanders last year, they kind of but they're quarterbacks. No, they had a bad year, but but Jaden Daniels was hurt. Yeah, he was hurt. I and we don't even know. So I think he, I mean, I don't know. And we also don't know when the fuck this game being played because it's to be determined. Yeah, well. And uh, but that one there I say, I I say, okay, we'll take that win. It's home. I say we take that. And then the fact that what do they think? What do you think they're waiting on? Whether the whether either of these games count. I think so, depending on yeah, this thing so because by this time now you're in a new year, so what what what's gonna happen? And then now in week 18, of course, we we go to the Colts. Yeah, and it's uh really is like whether these games will count. Right, exactly. And we we we we don't know. We didn't know and if we don't know we don't because now we're not gonna care about any of this, right? The Super Bowl is now on uh for next year, it's on uh Valentine's Day weekend. Oh it is on Valentine's Day, I think. I I don't I can't I don't know what it is, but uh I think that was a bad situation for for something like and then but then the day after is President's Day, and like we work we're not gonna work. We're we're not gonna work us, we don't work on a day. Yeah, well, I don't work. So that's and I know they've been talking about that for years. Yeah, and remember they've been talking about this for years. Why don't you have it during that weekend president? Most people have the day off afterwards on Monday, and you don't have to go to work, and people call out of work or don't go to work that day, and like it falls to the perfect weekend. Now there's probably gonna be some ladies out there, like it's Valentine's Day, and we're going to watch the football game and Super Bowl. There's there's probably gonna be a lot of pissed off ladies. I know me myself, I'm not one of them. Like, um, how do you know? You can be you know, happy summer love that turns into you can have a summer love that turns into a winter, you know, love fest. You don't know, Danika. Yeah, but you can have a boyfriend then, right? But if he knows me and loves me well enough, he know damn well not to plan no shit on Super Bowl Sunday. Okay, well, I mean I mean if he's gonna take me somewhere, take me to a Super Bowl party. Uh well, I mean take me to the Super Bowl party. I will love that. Hey, that then will give get you get you all the goods. Or take me to the acting super bowl. That will get you all the goods. Yeah, or put it say, hey, we're gonna go to wherever the Super Bowl, wherever they're having it. I'm gonna I'm gonna take you to the Super Bowl. Hey, look. Yeah, tell me twice. Okay, let's hopefully one of our people, somebody has an amazing Super Bowl party, or the Jags are in the Super Bowl and I win the lotto, and I'm there. So maybe that'll happen too. Hey, yeah, if Jaguars make the Super Bowl, um I'm a loans. Loans, they they take they can I put a loan on my car, car loans now or something? You know, I I don't know that I'm willing to go into like major debt, but I'm willing to go into some form of debt. Yeah, it's just an old time your team going and you know, and I would still reach out to Jaguars. I'm like, hey, remember back in 2020 when we were all supposed to go to the Super Bowl and I didn't get to go? I think you can make that up to me now. Oh god. I'm just saying you were supposed to go to the Super Bowl. I ain't gonna be able to do that. Well, your picture, your your picture, your picture was there. Someone took a picture of it. Yeah, I my picture there, I was a little flat. Danika's picture was at the Super Bowl. Yes, it was at the Super Bowl. I didn't even have good seats. My picture didn't even have great seats. It didn't even have good seats. So yeah, I got screwed twice. Guys, this is very funny. Yeah, so I think we should make up. My picture didn't even have good seats. That's hilarious. Yeah, so I lost count of win, loss, tie through and all this. Um, I believe we can make I don't know about winning the division, but maybe I can make a strong case for a wild card. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I I mean, I guess I feel that way too. I do not believe, I mean, I I don't believe we're gonna run it back or no shit like that. I just I don't know about that. Um, but I do think the the team will be good and um 10 wins at least, but least. Oh yeah, I can see 10. I definitely can see 10 and 7. And I'm I'm I don't I'm I feel that's great. I think that is a really great showing for us. So it's uh really waiting to see. Right now it's uh what is that? OTAs they're in the middle of and um they do have a mini camp uh mini camp day open to the public next week, which I'm going to attend. Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. Kind of see how things are going, how they how they look. It's still preliminary running around with no sh with just t-shirt and shorts as always. But sometimes you can get a feel a little bit how how people look, because we went to that training camp and my brother looked at Gabe Davis and said, That bitch looks slow. He don't look right, and god damn it, it translated onto the field. It just did not work. So sometimes you do see things in training camp. Well, I mean, you're supposed to see all the things in training camp. I mean, Tutin, we we thought Tutin would be decent in training camp. There's we have a lot of stories about people that we thought looked pretty good in training camp and they they worked out. Um, we have some others who are like, I mean, I think Brian Thomas Jr. got like kind of hurt a little bit in one in in um training camp when we saw him. He came back, but you know, it almost said what the season was gonna be. He he didn't he didn't he didn't factor in uh a lot during the season. No, no, no. But you realize we did not have a thousand yard wide receiver, nobody. Nobody but nobody it it it it worked out. Jacoby Myers came in. We did not have a number one, and yes, I think Jacoby probably will get a thousand yards this season, yeah. This is but he'll play long the whole season, he'll be here the whole season, and then you have Parker Washington, which I want to name him the route god because obviously he's one of the best route runners out there because dude is he he was just amazing last year for what they asked him to do. Yeah, he he was amazing, he too did not hit 1,000 yards, but he did. We'll we'll see. We'll see. We'll see. We'll see. They're getting a strike. This is their second year in this offense. Um we kept our coaches. So we did, we did, we did. So they got a strike now, and they got to take advantage of being in this system and being familiar with it, which that's why I say I think it'll it's gonna work out better than we. Oh, yeah, the offense. I I do think the offense will probably be deep fine. I think the offense will be fine. Just worried about it. I worry is always the defense. And I mean, you know, Josh Tanz Allen is there. He was not he was not that great last year. Yeah. He was there, he's there, and Traymon. If they paid Traymon, so yeah, he'll be there. Right. And then also this, I just want to like bring this out there. You know, there were some uh fans out there, like they sing this trade with the Rams and the Browns, and like, oh well, Gladstone ain't doing shit.
